Remove 'Change working hours' from Employment info screen - Redwood

Summary:

In the Employment info screen, we have always hidden the 'Change working hours' section.
However with Redwood, this has now appeared and I can't seem to find a way via VBS to remove it.
Has anyone had any luck removing this 'button' to stop the change working hours function from the 'Employment info' screen?
