ORC-External Candidate Update Preferred Phone and gets error "Something went wrong. Try again later.

External Candidate applied to a Job req and created a Candidate profile using Email as the verification and submits application.

Candidate goes back into Candidate Profile and tries to change the phone to make it a preferred communication method (HR Booster) –– clicks the Save and Validate check mark – provide verification code - then clicks UPDATE and gets below error.

"Something went wrong. Try again later."

Why are we getting this error? How do we get around it?
