Emergency Contact Field Visibility Issue in Redwood Page

We’re currently working on an impact analysis and have encountered an issue with the 'Family and Emergency Contacts' fields in the Redwood UI. I’d appreciate any insights or suggestions from the community on how to resolve this.

Here’s the problem:

  1. Emergency Contact is not visible in view mode on the Redwood page.

2. When employees attempt to add a new contact, they are presented with two options (Create a New Contact, Select a cowroker as a contact). We only expect to see the 'Create a New Contact' option. Additionally, there’s no option to hide these fields in VBS (Visual Builder Studio).
