Expected timing for Similar Candidates to Populate

I am being asked by my recruiters: When ORC pulls in Similar Candidates (the AI feature) at the candidate level, when do those similar candidates get loaded? Is it on the day that there is a candidate on the requisition? Are they loaded after a pre-determined number of days?
