Canceling scheduled process

Hi

I have canceled a scheduled process, however it is saying its canceling, for more than a day now
Under status details, its saying: Process was canceled and is awaiting acknowledgement.

Any idea on how i can cancel the process?
The action Force cancel is greyed out, even i have the ESS Administrator Role
