Can we rename field on emergency contacts page using VBS

Summary:

Business requirement to rename 'Use My Address' field to 'Use Employee Address' on emergency contacts redwood page for admin login and for employee login it should be same ' Use My Address'

Is this feasible ? as we don't see option to rename fields in VBS using express mode.
