BPM Tasks: Working in Pools

We are trying enable business teams to manage BPM worklist task in pools:
For example: It is common practice that HR Teams work in teams where one person can view and manage the status of tasks of their HR peers.
We utilize Approval App but there one can only the tasks the one is/was involved directly. If someone of their peers claimed a task (working with AORs/Responsibility Types in Approvals) one cannot see the task anymore.

In addition, if one HR person starts a task that is starting an approval chain, the other HR peer should be able to view and manage the task.
