Why some contingent workers have not enterprise hire date?

Hi team!

I am working on the HCM extracts to get information regarding the employees, contingent workers, and non-workers. But when I try to get the Enterprise Hire date to the contingent worker, some of them are missing this date. Do you know why this date is missing for some contingent workers? And they only have LEGAL_EMPR_SNR_DATE.
