Is there a process to synchronize Email address and Username in the Security Console

Summary:

We have multiple scenarios where it is seen due to some reasons, email address and username mismatch causing the users to lose access to Oracle HCM Application. As IT Admins we have to manually fix them via the security console. Is there a scheduled process or an automation we can build to synchronize both fields.
