Withdrawn/Rejected Candidate occupied position and become Incumbent

Hi,

We have this few cases wherein candidate was either rejected or withdrawn in Oracle Recruiting but the the position was occupied by this rejected or withdrawn candidate.

When checked in Setup and Maintenance > Search > Manage Position the position has no incumbent (non redwood page)

However when checked in My Client Groups > Positions the candidate is an incumbent (redwood page).

This issue prevents the Hiring team to hire new candidate under this position with incumbent.
