Error in termination transaction for Nonworker

Hello community,

We have a requirement that the transaction should go for approval when there is a termination for a nonworker. However, it isn't working even though the rule is very simple and doesn't match other rules. We are getting an error, but that error references another approval rule.

The new rule configured only validates the user type since nonworkers don't have a job assigned. And the rule that seems to be validated considers the job information.

Transaction Details

Issue Description: An attribute in the "Rule#1" rule has a null value
Resolution: Ensure that a value is entered for the mandatory attribute used in the rule configuration or add a not null condition for this attribute
