Taleo TCC Import: Cannot update Question/Answers for a Candidate

I'm trying to import a candidate's answers to questions.

My import .csv is simple as it's only three columns long: Number (candidate number) | QuestionAnswers,Answer,Question,Number | QuestionAnswers,Answer,DisplaySequence

So, my sample data would be: 1228243,5832,1. The candidate's number, the question number and the sequence (1 means yes, 2 means no).

The configuration runs to completion, but with the following error:

You cannot create or update the following field: Candidate.QuestionAnswers,QuestionAnswer.Answer,PossibleAnswer.DisplaySequence;You cannot create or update the following field: Candidate.QuestionAnswers,QuestionAnswer.Answer,PossibleAnswer.Question,Question.Number;The search target specified in the following path cannot be modified: Candidate.QuestionAnswers,QuestionAnswer.Answer,PossibleAnswer.Question,Question.Number;
