When running "Learn Migration" process, "Digital Learning Migration" does not come up as an option

Summary:

We are following directions from 24D Learning and Development What's New, in the section "Managing Self-Paced Learning Redwood Experience", linked here. Instructions are to delete all active Learning assignments and e-learning, which we have done. We enable ORA_WLF_ENABLE_DL_API Admin Profile setting and then go to Scheduled Processes and select "Learn Migration". We are then supposed to select the "Digital Learning Migration" option as the data correction, but this option is not showing for us to select. We have many seeded roles assigned, Learning Specialist, Application Admin, etc., but not seeing this option. Does anyone know if there is a setting or permission that we are missing somewhere, or if something has changed
