Personal Payment effective dates not showing correct history

Summary:

We have noticed that when a team member goes into ESS to update payment methods we are not seeing the correct effective dates when that change was made. Previously a Payroll Professional could go to the PPM via person management, change the effective date and it would show the amount prior to the change. Now when a team member goes in an updates the payment method amount effective 03/07/2025 and the entry is saved. If a payroll professional changes the effective date to 03/05/2025 on the PPM page it stills shows what the amount was changed to
