Hire Date Mismatch in PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F Table for pending worker
We have an issue where the effective start date (or start date) column in the PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F table is not aligning with the actual hire date for pending worker.
Eg:
- If a candidate initially applied for Requisition #1 on Feb 11, 2025, but later withdrew from it.
2. He then applied for Requisition #2, where an offer was extended, and he was converted to a Pending Worker on March 7, 2025.
3. However, in the PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F table, the start date is still showing as Feb 11, 2025 instead of reflecting his actual hire date.
After step #1, when we checked the per_all_people_f table, it was not populated for this person. After #2, the per_all_people_f got populated but with incorrect effective start date
