Hi,

Workforce has two rules: "Incremental Process Data with Synchronize Defaults" and "Synchronize Defaults."

  1. Can I run the "Incremental Process Data with Synchronize Defaults" rule when fetching all HR data afresh, or is it only meant for incremental updates?
  2. It answer to point 1 is yes, then what is the purpose of the "Synchronize Defaults" rule? Is it specifically used when defaults and rates are updated to recalculate all employees?
