Approved notification still showing as assigned in BPM Worklist

Summary:

A Negotiation is fully approved and completed yet the notification shows as assigned in BPM worklist. Please advise how to remove this notification from the BPM worklist as it's not required any action. it's more than 4 months old notification.

When we try to withdraw the notification from Action then the below error pops up.
