User Unable to view the PPR in completed status
Oracle Fusion Cloud
Created the custom role including the privilege 'Manage Payables Payment Process Request' and assigned it to the user. Given the data access to the multiple Business units.
Now user is able to see the task of Manage Payment Process Requests (PPR) ( Home > Payables > Payment > Manage Payables Payment process Requests)
Open the task page and search for the PPR by giving the date range. Now user is able to see only the terminated status PPR and unable to see the completed payment process requests. In the system we do have several PPR's in completed status.
Why use is unable to see the completed Payment process requests.
