Adding "Prefer Not to Say" Option for Ethnicity Field in Personal Details

Hi Everyone,

We currently have an Ethnicity field under Demographic Info on the Personal Details page. Our client has requested that we want to add a checkbox option for "Prefer Not to Say" in addition to the current ethnicity choices.

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
