Deletation feature for Job Requisition Creation in Oracle Recruiting Cloud

Hi Folks,

We got an ask from customer if Recruiting Cloud support Delegation Feature for create job requisition action.

Ex- I have got hiring manager role using which i can create job requisition, where as my position is organization is very high so I want to delegate this to one of my direct report who does not have hiring manager role assigned.

Did anyone ever tried this or was this asked by any of the customer.

Please suggest.
