Restrict internal and external candidate access to Oracle career site

Summary:

Our business uses Avature (3rd party career site) to hire candidates but we have seen candidates coming into oracle through External career site, which needs to be restricted.

Is there anyway possible to restrict access to Oracle career site link.

Note : We tried deactivating the Oracle career site but it gives error in the offer process of the candidate.
