Already a LearningRecord with WITHDRAWN status exists with a differnt LearningRecordNumber!

Summary:

We are trying to withdraw a learner from an offering via HDL. The same person already has a WITHDRAWN record with different assignment number existing. We are receiving the following error:

  • Message: An error occurred. To review details of the error run the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report diagnostic test. Message details: JBO-findLearningRecord::Already a LearningRecord with WITHDRAWN status exists with a differnt LearningRecordNumber!: STRINGMANAGER: Key: findLearningRecord::Already a LearningRecord with WITHDRAWN status exists with a differnt LearningRecordNumber! not found in bundle oracle.apps.hcm.learn.core.learnMetadataService.assignments.applicationModule.LearningRecordAMImpl.  

We know that from UI, it is possible to have multiple WITHDRAWN learning records of the same person. How can this issue be resolved to change the status of the second learning record to WITHDRAWN via HDL?
