Subject Line change for Document of Records Approval Notification

Summary:

We are trying to customize the Subject Line for Document of Records approval, we followed Oracle note id

support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocContentDisplay?id=2331021.1

However, the change is not reflecting , it still shows the default title. Could someone help us understand the reason? Is this type of customization not supported for DOR?
