I was able to find the issue description and resolution information from the table "HRC_CONSOLE_FAULT_DETAILS_VL". However, I'm unable to connect the activity to specific transactions. The FAULT_DETAILS_ID is the unique identifier but how do I link this to TRANSACTION_ID, ISSUE_ID, OR CONSOLE_TRANSACTION_ID?
