How to change From Adderess on Alert Notification

Hello

We are developing few notifications in Alert Composer and need to change the From Address in the email notification received by employees. Current From Address on Email is Test-dev20.fa.sender@workflow.email.us-phoenix-1.ocs.oraclecloud.com, can this be changed to something meaningful like Workflow@ABCCorp.com ?

Any help would be appreciated!
