Validation(or)enforce the Projected End Date field as mandatory based on other field

Hi Team,

Can someone assist me with the following?

The rule/Expression should ensure that if the Recruiting Type is not "Academic - Permanent" or "Professional - Permanent," then the Projected End Date field in the Create/Edit Job Offer must not be NULL.
