How to Sync Linkedin Learning User Completion

Does anyone know how or when LinkedIn Learning sends the completion information back to Oracle for employees?

Hi,

We have employees who have completed courses on Linkedin Learning, accessing the content via OLC but the course still shows as In-Progress and no effort is recorded in OTBI. I have run the Load and Synchronize External Course Data job but the completion doesn't come across. Is there another process that needs running, maybe on the Linkedin side to push the information, the AICC integration is enabled.
