ARCS - User Assistance icon added for TM account

Summary:

Post Mar-25 patch applied in non-production on 1st Friday, we have observed that for Transaction Matching (TM)account, user assistance icon is added in Mar-25 patch which was not present in earlier patches. Attached screenshot from Feb-25 and Mar-25 patch for TM account.

As of now, we have observed "user assistance" icon in below tabs

  • while exporting the transactions from "unmatched transactions tab"
  • while applying filter in "Matches" tab
  • while applying filter in "Adjustments" tab

Could you please confirm if this is expected behavior and will be available going forward? Further, please share the oracle documentation for this change
