How Manager can reassign a completed Learning
I know as an admin I can reassign someone a Learning which is how we now handle our annual assignments not needing new offerings, but if a Manager wants to assign someone to a Learning under My Team→Learning they have already completed (say 2 years prior), how do they do this? When they use the Assign Learning it just Exempts the associate since they already completed it. They don't get the option to assign as an Administrator does.
