The emp moved from one job to other job but the salary details are not changing

Scenario: Let's say an employee is moved from Loader Job to the Driver Job
Loader has the less salary compared to driver
When employee is moved from Loader Job to the Driver Job the salary details also should change.
But the salary details are not changing it remains same as what he had when he was a loader.
Please assist me on this .
