Attachment section under prescreening questions

Summary:

In our TEST environment, we have an area that allows a candidate to upload attachments, yet in our PROD environment we don't. It's not the normal resume, cover letter, certificate section on the last step, this is specifically in step 2.

Does anyone know where you can make the attachment section visible from? And whether or not the wording can be changed from Degree Documentation (and the subheader "Add documents to prove degree earned") to something else?
