Error while creating a requisition

After 25A release we are getting an error

Hello everyone,

We are facing the attached error while trying to raise a requisition, in Work Requirements phase (when trying to move further to the next step), either with a HM or with a Recruiter.

I guess we don't have yet enough data or something is missing and I would like to know if any of you has also faced the issue.
