Skills and Qualifications (Education) - Country field and State dropdown menu not visible/populating

When navigating to Me > Career and Performance > Skills and Qualifications > Education (section)…

If I attempt to edit an existing Education record or add a new one, the Country field itself is not visible and the corresponding State field (which is visible) is not populating the associated State LOVs:

Regarding the configuration, both of those fields are setup to be visible and have the correct Value Sets/LOVs assigned:

  • I have attempted to hide/unhide them, remove/add them, etc… and the issue did not resolve.
  • I also attempted to remove/add the associated Content Subscribers… and the issue did not resolve:
