Unable to find 'Assigned to Preferred Name' field in HR Helpdesk Object

Hi team,

Is there a way we can use the 'Assigned To Preferred Name' field in the trigger created under the Message child object for the HR Help Desk object? We can only find the 'Assigned To Person Name' field in the fields section but couldn't find anything related to the preferred name.
