Employment Info TDS Rules : Employee rule does not work when user is also an HR

Summary:

We have created TDS rules for Employee/Manager that can see limited fields and another rule for HR that can see all fields.

When the HR checks his own record on from ME > Employment Info, he can see all the fields and not only the one restricted on th eemployee rule

Can we define the rules so the employee rule apply to an HR from ME > EMployment Info and the HR rule apply from My Clients Gorups > Employment Info?
