Impact of "Suspended-Payroll Eligible" Assignment Status
Summary:
We are looking at the scenario where a manager goes on leave and another employee is put into the position to transact on the direct reports (after overlap is allowed), if the manager is put on suspended status would the new incumbent become the default line manager?
Is there any material impact of the assignment status "Suspended-Payroll Eligible" other than for reporting purposes? If an employee is put on suspended status are there any actions the employee cannot perform/ HR cannot transact on them?
