Recruiting Event: 0 Registrants when there should be 1

Summary:

Hi everyone, I created and posted an event to the external career site. There should be 1 person registered for this event- however, it shows 0. Am i missing anything? The status for the registrant shows as Pending- where is this status pulling from?

As the applicant- here is the status:

I ran the following ESS jobs, but there's no change:

  • Maintain Candidates and Job Requisitions for Search. Run every 15 minutes. This incremental indexing scheduled process will index any new requisition, candidate, and geography entities that are added going forward.
  • Index Candidate Attachments. Run every 15 minutes.
  • Load and Index Job Requisitions and Load and Index Candidates. Set the Upgrade Current Index indexing mode to make sure the index is up to date for new fields being introduced.
