Where I can view the comments that I insert in "Comments and attachment" secti

I Community!

I Have a question:

If for examples i go to the task "Change Salary" i can insert a Comment into the "Comments and attachments" section. But after i Submit i cannot find the comment that inserted. For examples if i go on compensation info the comment is not visible.

Attached is the photo of a dummy employee with a dummy comment
