Get Termination Date Prior to Workflow Approval

Summary:

The requirement is to obtain the termination date submitted during the termination process. This date only becomes available once the termination transaction is approved. However, the request is to access this date even while the termination transaction is still in progress and not yet approved.

Does Oracle HCM have the capability to capture this date before termination approval and display it via a custom flex field?

Is there a table where this date can be retrieved? I checked the PER_PERIODS_OF_SERVICE table, but the ACTUAL_TERMINATION_DATE and NOTIFIED_TERMINATION_DATE fields are empty.
