Hello,

Following a hierarchical display of product groups, the message “No products found” appears as soon as you reach the last child product group.
How can I hide this message so that the selection stops at the last child product group?

How else can I create products for the HR Help Desk? I've managed to access the screen for selecting a product and adding it to a product group, but the list is empty. I have already created a product via the Manage Products task. Is this the right way? What am I missing? I've read that I need to mark the product as orderable, but I don't know how to do this.
