Issues with Community Self-Service Learners Forum Access
Summary:
I initially opened a Service Request titled "Multiple Issues with Community Self-Service Learners Forum Conversation" due to three problems encountered by Community Managers, Administrators, or Members when accessing the Self-Service Learners Forum.
- Tab Navigation: When launching the Self-Service Learners Forum Conversation, it opens in a new tab instead of the current one. Pressing the back button returns users to the Administrator Dashboard, not the original Community page. Is this the intended behavior? Oracle indicates it is designed this way.
- Search Functionality: The search field for conversations has disappeared. I've attached a screenshot of the previous Community Self-Service Conversations showing the search field, which is now missing. Is this expected? Are others experiencing this?
