Cannot add person to AOR by template

Summary:

When trying to add a person to an AOR template via this navigation (My Client Groups > Quick Action > Area of Responsibility Templates > Select template and add user under Directly Assigned section), user gets a Forbidden error when trying to submit the update after adding a user under the Directly Assigned section. The security role assigned to the user trying to add via AOR has both roles below:

  • Manage Areas of Responsibility by Person
  • Manage Areas of Responsibility by Responsibility Type

Are we missing additional security? The seeded HR Specialist role has no issues adding this way.
