Benefits Element effective end date issue
We process a termination mid-pay period, and evaluate the Term Life Event either within, or after, the pay period. The effective end date of our ER element for LTD is back-dating the effective end date of the entry to the last day of the previous pay period, while the Medical ER element entry has an effective end date through the end of the pay period in which the employee is termed. I don't see anything in the element setup that appears to differ (both have a Latest Entry Date of 'Last Standard Process Date'). I'm looking for where to start
