Hi Experts,

Would like to reach out to you on whether anyone have encountered this before, and how to resolve it. Please refer to below screenshots.

We tested with different browsers and found that the "Purchase Requisitions (New)" is not available in the springboard when using Firefox.
Have also tried with clear cache, clear browsing history, still in vain.

While I then look up the settings in Sandbox → Structure → "Show on Springboard" setting, I don't know what value it should be to amend it.
