Unable to search "submitted by" field in transaction console

We are unable to search the transaction console field - submitted by- if a person has multiple assignments. with 25a the transaction console updated to have the submitted by field to a searchable live feed and you are able to select the users names. However, anytime the user have multiple assignment the system does not recognize that we have selected a user account.

Is this a bug or something anyone else has an issue with.
