What privilege or configuration is needed to ensure the user could view Demographic Info it in OTBI?

One user can see PER_PERSON_LEGISLATIVE_DFF on the screen but not in OTBI, while another user can see it both on the screen and in OTBI.

The flexfield is configured to be visible in OTBI, and the Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions for Transactional Business Intelligence process has been run. Additionally, the Person View ORA_PER_PERSON_VIEW_DUTY_OBI and ORA_PER_PERSON_VIEW_DUTY privileges have been assigned.
