Agent presence and availability visibility

Summary:

We have agent presence and availability enabled for Redwood HR Help Desk, this provides agents with the ability to set when they are available for work assignments or not.

Our client wants the ability for the agents manager to have visibility of agent's presence and availability. From what I can find, this isn't possible? It does not appear to give global visibility in the way Teams would.

Is there ways for the manager to have visibility of this in some way - possible reports?
