How to enable "What info do you want to manage" page on Transfer, Change Assignment process?

I want to enable "What info do you want to manage" page for Transfer and Change Assignment process in Core HR module in Oracle Fusion HCM. I want this page to pop up after click on the process. Can anyone help how to enable this? It would be great if anyone can guide me with the navigations as I am a fresher.
