Redwood: Position Override- Grade not automatically populating

Hi,

Below are two examples of creating Pending Workers and their impact on the grade population in the assignment screen:

Example 1

1. While creating a Pending Worker, in the Position Override section, we enable the toggle in the Grade section. (Add a Pending Colleague)
2. As a result, after the worker is created, while converting this pending worker, the Grade field is successfully populated in the Assignment screen. (Pending Workers -> Convert)

Example 2

1. In this case, while creating a Pending Worker, we do not enable the toggle in the Grade section within the Position Override section.
2. Consequently, while converting this pending worker,the Grade field is not populated in the Assignment screen, leading to an issue. (Pending Workers -> Convert)
