Managing Pending Worker Conversion with Two Start Dates

The client wants there to be two start dates for pending workers:

1. One 5 days before the actual start date, so they are converted into employees in the system and their details can be sent to Social Security.
2. The actual start date.

I’ve checked, and there is a Scheduled Process called Run Convert Pending Workers Automatically Process, which allows for the automatic conversion of pending workers. In this process, you can configure the conversion to happen X days before the proposed start date.

Would this configuration ensure that the actual start date remains the proposed start date
